This is a one-of-a-kind hand-painted wooden basket by Linda Lewis. The oval basket is 11" long x 9.5" wide x 7 " tall. (The basket is about 13.5" tall with the handle extended straight up.) The dimensions of the inner basket at the base are approximately 8" x 6". The vertical "squares" created by the weaving are painted deep purple with glitter. The top band of the basket says, "I wish you" in 4 places around the basket. The horizontal squares say the things you would wish for any graduate - "Success," "Good Health," "Challenge," "Courage," etc. The basket is protected with a layer of polyurethane. The basket, filled with other choice goodies, would be a nice way to congratulate the graduate.
